I recently saw an exemplary example of a small clothing store in Indore that went above and beyond to serve its customers. This store, called Sukshna Clothing LLP, was founded by Varun Ramani. What made this instance so special was that Varun travelled to Mumbai to deliver a parcel to a customer. It wasn't just a delivery; it was a heartfelt gesture that showed how much they value their customers.
