Microsoft's strategy to acquire the biggest gaming deal? Microsoft's plan to buy Activision Blizzard has been blocked by the UK regulators. They're worried about competition in cloud gaming. Microsoft's solution? They're sharing cloud gaming rights for Activision Blizzard games with Ubisoft. Think of it like a friendly trade! Ubisoft will handle these games outside Europe and then let Microsoft stream them on Xbox Cloud Gaming. Why is this cool? No more exclusive games only on Xbox Cloud. Ubisoft gets to help spread the fun, and you won't need Ubisoft+ to play on Xbox Cloud. It's like they're working together for gamers everywhere. The way we play might be getting a whole lot better. 🎮🌟 #GamingNews #CloudGaming #Microsoft #Ubisoft

AI Boom Lifts↗️ Chip Companies, But Intel Falls⬇️ Behind. Why? Intel was once the king of the chip industry, powering nearly every computer. However, intel is falling down⬇️ Key reasons: REASON 1 : Missing the Smartphone Revolution In 2007, Apple was creating the iPhone and wanted Intel to make the chip for it. But Intel hesitated, thinking the future was still in traditional computers. Apple went with Samsung instead. As smartphones took over the world, Intel missed out on billions of devices, losing a massive opportunity to stay ahead. REASON 2: Falling Behind in Technology While Intel focused on PCs, companies like TSMC advanced in chip technology, making smaller and more powerful chips. ( Processors get faster with more transistors. Semiconductor companies fit more transistors on chips by shrinking them. Now, TSMC's best chips use a 3-nanometer process. Intel is currently at 7-nanometers, which is bigger ) AMD, a longtime competitor, partnered with TSMC and started making faster chips, taking market share from Intel. REASON 3: Missed AI revolution. As AI became the next big thing, Nvidia’s chips were perfect for the job. Intel, however, didn’t have the right products to compete and fell behind again. The Lesson: Adapt or Fall Behind.

2021: 45 unicorns 2022: 21 unicorns 2023: 2 unicorns 2024: 4 unicorn After 2021, the number of unicorns have significantly decreased ⬇️ So, All is not well with India's startup ecosystem. According to the Hurun Global Unicorn Index 2024, India for the first time recorded a decline in unicorn creation since 2017. They found that India had 67 unicorns as of 2023, one lower than in 2022. But India ranks third in the world in terms of the number of unicorns. The slowdown is mainly due to lack of investment into start-ups. The report noted that India produced more offshore unicorns than any other country, co-founding 109 unicorns outside of India ( majority in US ). But Prime Minister Narendra Modi painted a robust picture of India’s start-up ecosystem, saying the number of registered start-ups in India had increased from “hardly 100” in 2014 to around 1.25 lakh currently. And said that india has more than 110 unicorns, and start-ups have filed nearly 12,000 patents. But the report says a different story, the Truth. Now with the budget 2024, good news came for indian startups : Abolition of angel tax. But it is not enough, the government needs to do more. P.S : This was the only good thing about this budget.
