Venture start-up / early stage growth is typically co-founder-lead and maybe supported by 1 senior sales talent. But what is the playbook when there is an injection of scale-up capital to accelerate growth?
In today's complex #B2B sales environment, I have personally learned the hard costly lessons. The knee-jerk reaction to rely on traditional methods to drive revenue velocity, like rapidly increasing the number of feet on the street, hiring inside sales, cold calling, generic emailing, and classic lead generation do not work.
