Lot has been under discussion about work life balance and rightly so, especially since Covid - No qualms .
Work life balance has to do with physical and mental fitness, and also Managing mental and physical stress , and they are not mutually exclusive ; They go hand in hand .
There can be many ways, which can help the above work life balance.
My Intention , here, is to highlight one Mantra, which has worked for me - And I see no reason , why it cannot work for you.

There is a lot of talk about. Work life balances, mental fitness, you know, corporate, professional, even personal lives and people have different versions about it. Something it's too difficult to match in this rat race. People come up with different strategies to manage this work life, to manage this fish, but here is what I would suggest. One month from which will help which I do for. And that is a daily work schedule of fitness. And what does that mean? That exactly means that you engage in some sort of? Works, but it is exercises, running, swimming, cycling, anything do it. As in the morning or in the evening and I've been doing this. For the last five years. And Can you believe it consistently? God, grace. And I find clear, tangible benefits out of it. It makes you physically fit .1 It gives you the strength, the mental sharpness to manage the strength. It gives you a resilience, it gives you tenacity. And most important, and this is the key point, every day in the morning you wake up and you look forward for it. Something which you love doing it. And that's the key point, something which you love doing it. Makes your day to face the stress to manage your work life balances. So go ahead and find what gives you the tax satisfaction that physical fitness go for it and therefore to manage this. Mental stress. The work life balances. Pick up. Pick up today, pick up now.

What is work life balance?
Like really… because in my mind it’s more work trying to create this so called balance than just accepting that it’s all life.
Trying to separate work and life is like trying to separate breathing and air.
What’s worked for me is finding work AND people that compliment the type of life I want live.
Finding work that helps me accomplish the things important to me.
And I stopped trying to seperate the two and focused on my life as a whole.
