Hiring for ERP consultant Work Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia Email: recruiter2080@gmail.com We are Looking for an ERP consultant, Responsible for consulting with management to determine our ERP needs, analyzing the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing ERP solutions. To ensure success as an #ERP consultant, you should demonstrate extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to document ERP processes. A first-class ERP consultant will be someone whose technical expertise results in optimized business processes, services, and human resource management. -Responsibilities: As a business analyst, responsible for understanding the requirements and/or issues to be addressed, proposing, modeling, and designing a potential solution, reviewing this solution with peers, business partners and stakeholders, and configuring/developing or programming appropriate functionality within the Oracle solution suite and managing the testing process to assure the business requirements have been met Determining ERP needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations. Evaluating existing IT infrastructure and recommending system improvements. Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions. Writing programs and scripts to design user-friendly interfaces and optimized functionalities. Deploying ERP solutions and ensuring seamless system integration. Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance performance. Providing ERP end-user training and technical support. Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates. Complying with industry regulations. -Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred. Must have IT background ERP certification, such as #Oracle’s SaaS ERP  A minimum of 3 years' experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry. Extensive knowledge of business processes, ERP development tools, and coding languages. Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
