What an important topic for panel discussion. With the tech industry still dominated by men, especially at the executive levels, I am hopeful that this discussion can be a pivotal event to provide insight about how to develop the next generation of women leaders in tech. #EYPega

We're throwing a HUGE handful of confetti to Steph, who had a full house for a recent speaking engagement! 🎉🎉🎉 Steph had the opportunity to speak at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Women & Leadership Symposium last month & it was, in her words, an "absolute blast!" 🥳 Resiliency has become a key leadership topic, especially over the last few years. 💪 Steph's session dug into how the women at the conference could master their resilience in the face of challenges. (Fun fact about Steph: resilience is one of her favorite topics to present on. It's something that's needed in every industry & every role, no matter what you do! 🙌) "It was so powerful to see a room full of amazing women connecting, learning together & taking action to become even more resilient," Steph says. 💖 We're always happy to talk resilience with groups, teams...you name it. If you're curious about this session or would like to learn more, DM us to chat! 😊 Tagging a few people we know that love this topic: Ruth Ovens, (Fiona) Ziying Yu, CPA, CIA, FCCA, Caitlynn Maloney. #AllTheConfetti #CelebrateEverything #SpeakingOpportunities #Resilience #Leadership

I had one of the best New Year's in a long time because of Dr. Kristy Taylor, Founder of WORxK Solutions and her Look Back and Way Forward Conference held on January 1st. I along with other guest experts truly enjoyed sharing our expertise in our efforts to help jumpstart your new year. Here is a short clip of me sharing insight on encouraging all citizens to tap into their power and how to get positive things done through legislators and beyond. I also touch on the importance of leaders providing funding to develop more women leaders into C-Suite leadership positions to give themselves a competitive advantage in their industry. If you would like to listen to the Conference in its entirety, here is the link to do so: https://lnkd.in/eabZzUHa #worxksolutions #drkristytalor #lookbackandwayforwardconference #paullawrencevann #developmorewomenleaders
