Healthcare Leader & Consultant | Expert in Value-Based Contracting & Network Management | Strategic Innovator Driving Revenue Growth | Building Cohesive Team Environments
Unify Healthcare... do more cross-hiring! Something I've noticed over the years in healthcare is a siloed approach to hiring. It's time for a change. Cross-hiring between Hospitals, Providers, and Health Plans could be the solution we've been searching for. Why? Because each component is crucial in delivering optimized healthcare. Hospitals are the healing havens, Providers are the compassionate caregivers, and Health Plans are the financial shields. They work best when they work together, but do they understand one another? Cross-hiring can break down these silos, fostering a better understanding of each intricate piece and how they fit together. This will not only enrich the workforce but also enhance the healthcare system as a whole. For example, a glance at my professional history might suggest a focus primarily on Health Plan roles, but my expertise is broader, encompassing collaborative efforts with clinics and hospital systems to enhance processes ensuring superior care. I also possess a deep comprehension of CMS standards relating to Medicare/Medicaid, stars, risk scoring, etc.. Despite this, healthcare providers and hospital systems often overlook my candidacy, skeptical of my ability to grasp their unique requirements because I did not ascend within their ranks. Yet, who could be more suited to join a Practice, Clinic, or hospital system than someone from the Health Plan sector, who directly interacts with CMS and is adept at meeting their criteria for high-quality, value-based care? Let's continue to move away from siloed hiring to cross-hiring. Let's create a healthcare ecosystem that understands its parts and thrives on its unity. Together, we can revolutionize healthcare. #CrossHiring #healthcareinnovation #healthcare #healthplans #hospitals #physicians

Specialized recruiting of top-notch talent for small and mid-size healthcare providers | Founder of MedForce Talent Solutions | Quality Focused
𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 🎯 In an industry where the stakes are incredibly high, the impact of every healthcare professional on patient outcomes cannot be underestimated. Let’s delve into why prioritizing quality in healthcare hiring is not only beneficial but essential: 1) Improved Patient Care: High-quality hires are more likely to possess the requisite skills, knowledge, and empathy needed to provide exceptional patient care. This directly contributes to better patient outcomes and satisfaction. 2) Reduced Turnover Rates: Investing in quality hires ensures that staff are well-suited for their roles, leading to increased job satisfaction and lower turnover rates. This stability is crucial for maintaining continuity of care and team dynamics. 3) Enhanced Reputation: Healthcare facilities known for excellent care and a competent, compassionate staff naturally attract more patients and top-tier talent, enhancing the institution's reputation. 4) Long-term Cost Savings: While it might seem cost-effective to fill vacancies quickly, the long-term costs of frequent turnovers, additional training, and below-par patient care can far outweigh the initial savings. Quality hires, although potentially slower to onboard, are a better investment. 5) Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Quality hires are more likely to be familiar with and adhere to necessary healthcare regulations and safety protocols, reducing the risk of errors and compliance issues. At MedForce Talent Solutions, we are dedicated to providing our clients with candidates who are not only qualified but are the best fit for their specific needs and culture. We believe that by focusing on quality, we build stronger teams that can face the challenges of healthcare with confidence and expertise. ________________________________ If you value quality in your healthcare hiring and want to discuss how we can help you find the right talent, don’t hesitate to reach out. #HealthcareHiring #QualityOverQuantity #PatientCare #HealthcareRecruitment #MedForceTalentSolutions
