Why I'm Convinced Business Analysts Should Lead the UAT Charge 😎 So, I found myself in a UAT session recently, and guess who was running the show? A Business Analyst. Up until then, I'd mostly seen PMs and testers taking the lead, and I thought it was the way things should be. Well, my colleague, argued that it was the finesse and know-how of the business analyst that made all the difference and not the fact that he is a business analyst in itself. While I agreed with the finesse and know-how bit, I realized that all the sessions that a BA had led were outstanding. Now, I'm on board with the idea that BAs bring a fresh perspective to the UAT table. While UAT champs are like superheroes in their specific realms, Business Analysts are the all-knowing generals who see the bigger picture. It's not just about pressing buttons; it's about orchestrating the entire tech symphony to hit the right notes. They're the big-picture folks who've got the lowdown on the whole business process. And hey, here's a light bulb moment for me – the clear distinction between a Scrum Master and a Business Analyst. Maybe I'll spill the beans on that in one of my future LinkedIn posts. Stay tuned! 🚀 #UAT #BusinessAnalyst #salesforce #salesforcebusinessanalyst
