Business Analyst - A Day In the Life Part 3 of 4 7.     Business Analyst - User Stories (continued) > Product Team to be open to suggestions for improving UI/UX o  Example: Often the Product Team, a developer or tester may have a unique perspective not previously thought of or discussed. Or they may flag an implementation issue in the User Story > Platform Constraint - Salesforce can store data for a maximum of 18 months. So will need to test for cases that are true, and test for cases that fall outside of the date range. The Development Team will work on a solution prior to the Client reaching the 18-month limitation o  Need to work with Product Team to explain and elaborate on limitations and possible solutions with trade-offs. In the above example, create a User Story as a placeholder in backlog and prioritize to revisit at a specified date > Provide link to Requirements and Page Mock-ups in JIRA. > Be prepared to explain why you chose User Story 4 instead of US 3 or 5 > Collaborate with Development Team to create meaningful and corresponding Acceptance Criteria > Collaborate with Solution Architect to create corresponding implementation details > Stay well ahead of User Story demand curve.
