Assistant Manager at Ultimate support care

I disagree when most companies require technical skills. skills can be learnt and mastered but character, not sure of it. I strongly believe in shared values, training, and ongoing development through research and conferences in the construction industry. In a discussion forum, you might see questions like "What does it take you to be a good superintendent? Personally, it's to make sure the job site is safe, clean, well-organized, quality control, and building a good relationship with subcontractors. As a Superintendent, you also need to invest time in research and participating in conferences to learn and develop new techniques. Kudos to all companies that focus on ongoing development and training.
