There are two types of people in this world:  1. Those who celebrate wins and spend their time and energy trying to win more.  2. Those who tend to get really down about the losses and spend their time and energy trying to lose less.  Which group do you think is more successful?

Do you celebrate your best efforts? Most people don't because we are only taught to celebrate if we are a winner. It is a great feeling to win, but if you don't win after putting in your best efforts, it doesn't make you a loser either. Most of us wait for that one perfect moment to feel like a winner. The moment when we showcase that we are the best of all is what we see as a true accomplishment. What we don't realise is that we can never be the best in everything and in fact success is not measured by how far ahead you are but how happy you are with what you have achieved. Try your best in everything you do. Celebrate your efforts, analyse how you can improve, it will encourage you to do even better. Dr Bhawna Gautam

CELEBRATE THOSE SMALL WINS! Have you ever felt like you're not good enough at what you do? You're not alone. It's natural to have moments of self-doubt, but it's important to remember that everyone has their own unique strengths and weaknesses. Feeling like you don't measure up could be a good or bad thing depending on how you manage it. Instead of dwelling on perceived inadequacies, try to focus on your own journey and accomplishments. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small, and recognize the value that you bring to the world. Remember, everyone has something unique to offer the world. Don't let self-doubt take the best away from you and leave the rest of the world with losses. As Henry Ford put it, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right”.

These are the kind of people it’s wise to do business with, because experience and integrity matters.

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Garren Hilow since his freshman year of college, and from the start, his focus, commitment, and sheer will were unmatched. Under his leadership in college sports, we developed a culture strategy that still resonates with me: "Fun is fun, but winning is more fun." This philosophy perfectly captures the culture Garren builds—enjoy the process, but always stay laser-focused on achieving the ultimate goal. Garren’s approach embodies visionary leadership and strategic thinking. He knows how to balance team morale with the necessity of getting results, and his influence has always pushed everyone around him to be their best. Decision-making comes naturally to him, even in high-pressure situations, and his emotional intelligence helps him navigate challenges with a calm, measured approach. Yesterday was a celebration day for me. I started the day with breakfast with my friend, during which we talked about (un)conscious creations and blocks that we are dealing with in the creation process. It is always great when we share our ideas and get insights from others. My friend is ready for the next business chapter of her life. The day continued with a happy message from my daughter, who got her driver's license! In the late afternoon, I had a celebration coaching session with a client who had been working with me for three months. That great day inspired me to write about how it’s easy to overlook our wins—big or small. Taking the time to celebrate achievements isn’t just about patting ourselves on the back; it’s about reinforcing the positive behaviors that got us there in the first place. Celebrating success: - 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗺: Each celebration is a reminder of progress, encouraging everyone to continue. - 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀: Shared celebrations bring people together, deepening connections and enhancing collaboration. - 𝗘𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘇𝗲 𝘂𝘀: Recognizing achievements energizes us and boosts our morale. Today was a good day. The picture below was taken this afternoon during a long overdue day of fellowship with my direct leaders (and Chris Barron, RACR) and the three incredible leaders standing beside me in this photo are my dream team. My squad. My secret weapons. Rayshawn Marshman, RACR is a powerhouse when it comes to team engagement. There is no other leader that I have known to engage their team the way that Rayshawn engages his. It is admirable and something I love to watch. Josh Huerth, you are the peacemaker, the bridge builder, and our "always look on the bright side" warrior. We wouldn't be where we are today without your ability to navigate change and facilitate transition. Ryan Khan, you are my newest direct leader and yet, you hold us accountable, you keep us on our toes, and you always ensure we are doing the right thing. You are invaluable to this team, and I know I speak for all of us when I share how grateful we are to have you. Trey Bales, not in this picture, is our leader who oversees our Augusta team. Trey and his team have had to pivot and shift more times than I can count and have been asked to navigate significant change in the past year. Even with all of the changes, Trey has demonstrated grace and commitment in his response to the transition and consistently provides an incredible amount of support for his team in the process. You rock, Trey. Wellstar and our team are lucky to have you. We've been through so much together over the past few years – navigating challenges, adapting to changes, and celebrating successes. Through it all, we have leaned on each other, good days and bad, and I cannot think of anyone else that I would want to be with me, at the helm of this wild journey that is #talentacquisition. They are not perfect, and I surely am not perfect; but together we push each other to be better, we lift each other up when the load gets a bit too heavy, and we are unwavering. Thank you to each of you for your leadership.
