CMS' proposed 2025 Physician Fee Schedule includes a 2.8% reduction in payment rates, a new advanced primary care management bundle, and updates to payment and coding for cardiovascular risk assessment and care management, aiming to improve access to behavioral health services and maintain certain telehealth flexibilities.
