Although we already have the employment contract in hand (check out the photo), the journey to obtain his residence permit still is a challenging and lengthy process. Nevertheless, we are determined to navigate this path together. This situation has made it clear that the talent acquisition process in our country needs to change🇩🇪🤔. It should be easier to employ talented individuals from different parts of the world. We believe in breaking down barriers to recruit international talent.
