THE HIRING ASSESSMENT Quite often for senior level roles there will be a Hiring Assessment as part of the recruitment process. It's a series of questions that explore your strengths and weaknesses. The potential employer will receive the results, and generally the candidate will as well. It's often used to maximize the candidate's success within the company, upon their joining the team.
