I'm so disappointed to learn that Aldi would stoop to that level. I paid to Uber to 3 different interviews, I'm extremely qualified for a cashier position and I was turned down each time without any explanation. My feelings have changed drastically towards the company and can't believe in their culture, philosophy or anything they say anymore. Wow. That really stinks knowing people literally pay to be interviewed thinking there's a chance, knowing I have every qualification required and the company fully knows they have no intentions on hiring and yet their managers are getting paid for this. Not to mention that they schedule the interviews at 6am in large groups just to waste our time, money and hopes. Shame on them. That's disgusting and I'm telling everyone that they would do this. We're shopping there and worse, we're being lied to while hoping we're chosen to work for them. Disgusting and pathetic. Very glad I learned this.

Shameful of Aldi and hearing this from a manager who obviously found out the same way and apparently does not work for the company. Glad he made his statement publicly.

ALDI USA does a lot of ghost posting’s to boost their applicant pool due to their high turnover! It’s the same positions over and over again…. It’s auto generated more than anything, you’re welcome!

When my daughter and I were looking for jobs, they did not hire us even though we're qualified. They hired different races than us (white). Their loss. More and more white people are discriminate against.

1moApplied for both PT & FT positions multiples times the last three school semesters. One interview two semesters ago. Declined every position applied to. Just a FYI situation. Ghost postings, management positions and entry level production operator positions with complex work experience/education required also on the rise. Someone(s) may want to do something useful in helping this economy out of the ditch and back into the fast lane so we can get many of these hard working ethically driven and otherwise ambitious candidates some gas in their vehicles and bread in their stomachs.
