We did the traditional job matching thing, we did the 4hrs salary negotiation thing. We did the standard onboarding thing But we missed out on top talent Since then we built a 3-step overqualified placement process. That's unlocked millions in value for our clients. Without using conventional hiring wisdom (That you can steal and use for free). Here's the 3 step breakdown Our Overqualified Outreach (50% of our placements) We start 40 new conversations a day With anyone who, has 5+ years more experience than required recently downsized from senior roles. Options in for our "career reinvention" community We send hyper personalized and insightful messages "𝘏𝘦𝘺 𝘕𝘈𝘔𝘌 - 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘢𝘴 {𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘵 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘰𝘭𝘦} 𝘪𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦. {𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘵 𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴}. We propose a strategy session (95% of candidates accept). Our Inbound Overqualified Attraction (50% of our placements) We use a single 3 step funnel on our profile. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - A landing page with "Overqualified? Over-deliver." headline + 9 minute success story video and 1 CTA. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 - When you click the "Ready to Reinvent Your Career?" it goes to a form to share your "overqualification story." 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟯 - Then it goes to our Talent Strategist's calendar, only allowing booking 7 days out (creating scarcity). Our Overqualified Placement Process We run a 2-step reinvention process 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 - We run a 45 min "Career Reimagining" session → The agenda being to uncover hidden talents → To see where they could create unexpected value → If we spot potential, we book a deeper dive (making sure it's in 2-4 days' time) which ignites their passion reveals unique opportunities. 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟮 - We run a 60 min "Value Proposition Crafting" session we spend 40 min on innovative role design. Ensuring it's a win-win for candidate and company and if we all see the magic, we say → "Ready to redefine your career and a company's future?" Process sound revolutionary. If so...
