Did you know that according to a study last year by myGwork - LGBTQ+ Business Community, 3/4 of LGBTQ+ Women Still Fear Coming Out at Work. 2. Speak up when you see discriminatory behavior and language. 3. Listen! I’ve heard many stories of discrimination, we need to be more aware of what happens around us.
