Diversity should be celebrated in every workplace! A diverse team brings new ideas, unique perspectives, and different angles, all of which are essential for achieving the highest standards of company goals! Though diversity should be celebrated, vulnerable populations within the workforce are frequently subjected to mistreatment and abuse, a consequence of social systems that actively disempower them.
