From render to reality! After our successful fit-out for LG Electronics at the University of Warwick Science Park, I wanted to highlight the design process behind it. Please see the attached document below. As an interior designer, creating visual concepts is an exciting way to give clients a preview of the final outcome. These concepts can take various forms ranging from visual renders, video walkthroughs, technical drawings, space planning, mood boards, 3D models, floor plans and many more. To make these visual realistic, it's crucial to use various techniques and research the proposed products, finishes, and materials thoroughly. By combining these methods with clear communication, you can create a visual concept that excites the client and provides an accurate preview, ensuring a smooth design and implementation process. #project #construction #fitout #fitoutcontractor #fitoutinteriors #nationwide #national #interiordesign #refurbishment #officefitout #design #render #architecture #visual

4moAbsolutely, Alexander Halloway-Churchill! Providing clients with visual previews is indeed a vital part of the process. It not only sets the stage for what's to come but also helps manage expectations. However, as we all know, the final outcome can sometimes deviate from the initial renders. I'm curious, how do you handle those instances where adjustments are needed to align the finished project with the client's vision? It's fascinating to see how different designers navigate this balance between creative vision and practical execution. Would love to connect and discuss more!
