Two planned residential and commercial developments by Parkside Business & Community in Partnership (PBCIP) in Camden County will receive up to $17.7 million in New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) Aspire grants, the EDA announced.   Parkside Place One, near Euclid and Haddon avenues, will include 24 residential rental units of affordable housing on the top three floors with 25,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor.   The other part of the development, Parkside Place Two, a three-story building also on Haddon Avenue, will include six residential units of affordable housing and 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the first floor that would be the new headquarters for PBCIP.   Read more: https://lnkd.in/eUYNhbPQ   #SouthJersey #EconomicDevelopment #Construction #GrantFunding

Plans have been approved by Buckinghamshire Council for Hightown Housing Association to build 51 new affordable homes in High Wycombe. Hightown will replace the existing derelict building on Desborough Road with 51 high-quality, affordable flats. The development will comprise of 27 one-bedroom flats and 24 two-bedroom flats. 12 of the flats will be wheelchair accessible. Read more: https://bit.ly/41nVx0o

Vistry will deliver 469 homes, including 50% affordable housing, while Miller Homes will build 231 private homes. The development will also feature a care home, local convenience store, and 25% green space, including parks and outdoor play areas.   Andrew Poyner, Managing Director of Vistry West Yorkshire, said: “This major site will deliver many hundreds of new, high quality, mixed-tenure homes, helping to support the council’s local housing needs and breathing new life into this vacant, brownfield site. Working together with Miller Homes we can provide greater housing choices for local people…”   With significant investments in local schools and transport, this project will revitalise the area, meeting local housing needs and creating a sustainable and thriving community.

Our London & Thames Valley business was joined by public sector clients and consultants this morning in an insightful roundtable discussion looking at how we unlock residential delivery across the local authority landscape. TudorMay has secured a contract to install the drylining on an award-winning scheme in London. Regent's View, an under-construction gasworks regeneration project in Bethnal Green, includes five cylindrical buildings, with two placed inside the restored gasholder frames.
