***TRIGGER WARING*** So I see a lot of Recruiters with various tag lines in their bios for LinkedIn. They are so cringe. Some of the stuff I've seen is unreal. Imagine placing a professional in a C-Level role or even Director position; he/she sees your cringe tag line in your bio. "Connecting the best talent ......" seems to be a common one. Calm down you only billed $200K in 2023. You did not connect anything but create an overhead for your business. Get back to work and start meeting people! Lets make Recruitment professional but relatable. A lot of the tag lines are copied and pasted from other Recruiters. So majority have the same or similar lines. Anyway, I thought I'd share my two pence on this!
