We closed our office in November 2022 , I recognised finding the best recruiters out there wasn't going to be possible if I restricted myself by assuming people wanted to travel to our offices. We invested in a new website and technology to make this work and more importantly are we investing in people, the right people as well as developing the existing team. I don't care if you are in Cornwall or Aberdeen, Cardiff or Belfast! What I do care about is that you are a passionate & experienced recruiter! Sector doesn't matter ( however we don't do driving , healthcare or education) but you will be passionate about your specific sector & really want to be part of a team where your strengths are supported and encouraged. No micro management , lots of support, trust, I dish out a lot of trust , but I expect to be able to trust you too. We also offer a genuine flexibility in your working day. I don't care if you go to the gym at lunchtime , I don't care if you need to do the school run , I don't care if you need to nip out during the day. I do care that you put an honest days work in and want to grow a desk, with support, and earn yourself a competitive basic salary and bonus. There is a genuine opportunity to grow your career , on the back of your successes, where a team can be brought in to grow your sector/division , but I am just as happy if you are happy billing solo. This model isn't right for a rookie consultant , not yet , but we have large growth plans and that will change with time as we grow further.
