Stop writing "remote working" under benefits in your job advert 🤮 It's not a benefit. It never was. And it still isn't. And never will be. We would be worried if it wasn't something they didn't offer… It's completely normal to offer a remote working position. So stop acting like you are doing people a favour when you put it under benefits just to fluff up your advert to make your company look appealing. Remote: Shouldn’t this mean you don’t need to be in the office or at a clients office? Work from wherever suits you best. Too many times I’ve seen roles advertised as remote then say required 2/3 days a week in the office! Hybrid: What’s the hybrid model? 1 day a week? 2 days a week? 3 days a week or once a month?? Employers pay for the hours, your time; hence, they want you to be available during those hours. And by available, I mean in the office. I don't agree, but it makes sense.
