For the remote work concept to work, we need to change employment contracts and get paid for deliverables, not working hours. Employers pay for the hours, your time; hence, they want you to be available during those hours. And by available, I mean in the office. I don't agree, but it makes sense. Get clear about expected deliverables, change the contracts and see how the mindset changes around remote work. #remotework #remote
