Chase Dimond on COVID, remote work culture, and after-pandemic events. My stand: "The world was changing its working culture. Remote work had to make a rise and the pandemic doesn't have to do much with it. Just before COVID hit, we were seeing some clues of flexible work culture. Yeah, COVID made it evolve QUICKLY and exceptionally effectively! " AND "Yeah, the pandemic brought us to the idea of adopting a digital nomad lifestyle. 2020 became the year of digital nomads." #copywriting #digitalmarketing #contentmarketing

This really got me thinking - what else? It’s crazy to me how most of us are now going to spend the majority of our career working remotely, and if it hadn’t been for the pandemic we’d have all just kept going to offices for 8+ hours every day. Makes you wonder what else we’re all doing just because everyone else is. Credit: jaltma on X

This perspective raises thought-provoking questions about the traditional norms and practices in the workplace. It indicates that the pandemic has necessitated a reassessment of the conventional office-based work model in which employees typically commute to a physical workplace for long hours each day, which prompts us to consider what other aspects of our lives and routines are shaped by external factors, such as societal expectations, cultural norms or collective behavior rather than individual choice or necessity. In essence, sometimes, it takes a significant disruption like a global pandemic to challenge established routines and habits, leading to potentially positive changes and new perspectives on our lifestyles and work dynamics.

Results are in... 58% of the 156 people that voted prefer to work 3+ days from home! Hybrid working patterns vary significantly depending on factors such as industry, nature of work and company policies. For lawyers, this tends to be anywhere from 3-5 days in office. What do you think about Chase Dimond's following post written by Jack Altman? Thanks, to both of them. Here is my point of view: Dear Chase Dimond, exactly in the hard days of the pandemic when people were struggling to get jobs where on-site jobs were almost non-existent, I landed my first online content writing job through Fiverr and then the process went on. My first few clients for me were like lights in the darkness. In the hard times of that deathful virus landing a job at your own home was surely a miracle and was a new hope of living again. A remote job not only gave me my freedom, but it also protected my attitude, personality, and respect and gave me the chance to manage my time on my own schedule. Not only me, but thousands and thousands of people got the same freedom, respect, and better earnings. The better point yet comes. According to recent studies, remote jobs aren't just the ideal job type for employees but for employers and hiring companies, either. A company must take many expenses when hiring an on-site employee, such as office expenses, trip expenses, vacations, days off, and medical insurance, and there are many other expenses a company must take on. When hiring a remote worker, a company is free of all the above expenses and charges. So remote jobs aren't just a positive revolution for us, but for companies, also. What else can happen shortly? Are remote jobs expandable? Are on-site jobs in the pack of annihilation? Your Thoughts on the Comment Section!
