Today one of the major logistic exhibition of Central Asia - Translogistica 2024 - was closed. I would like to thank all the participants who came from different parts of the Eurasia and The World for the very unique atmosphere they had created - the atmosphere of the cooperation and curiosity in each other's work. Maybe that's why I really like international logistics - want you or not, but your succes is based on the cooperation with the people from abroad and you must count on them, rely on them, trust them. And work together successfully. It's based on absolutely different people in terms of culture, background, history, race, nationality or even religion. Even your "kings" may clash. But for the international community of logistic experts it brings nothing but daily headache and very-very big "pain in the ass".🤫🤭 So as I think Wisdom and Understanding of the People from different parts of the World are the basic required skills of the international logistic professionals. And together with my colleagues from logistics we are still doing the same daily job. We understand each other even in case we don't speak the same language or at least have different levels of international languages. But blink of the eyes, few guesteres, few pointings on the maps where logistic routes are written - and we already can laugh all together :) Cause want you or not - from time to time [for the craziest of us - during all the career] you will have to work 24/7 :D [and by the way, you will really like it] And such pressure mostly creates very humourous and prosper people :) We still have competitions between each company for sure, even between the international clusters of the groups of the companies. Some are more dramatic, some are more like game playing for fun. But international cooperation is critical for the logistic industry. Yes, we've got our own atmosphere :) So I wish that the experience of cooperation in international logistics has something to offer for much bigger model of the successful international cooperation on a planetary scale. In all the areas of activity of Humanity. Thank you, dear colleagues. Thank you, Astana, for hosting us. And thank you, LinkedIn's community, for reading this.

2 cents from me: 4 years ago while I was studying scientific papers in russian scientific online libraries I found the data layer concerning the climate weapons of USSR. So yes, it's all for real.
