The ideal candidate will support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies, and achieving business goals. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: o Project operations management & reporting/trackers, o Process design for addressing junior auditor issues. o Client Data request tracking, collection & closure o Exception and working reporting for operations Data tracking. o One Point contact for Client Project Manager o Work allocation to executive operations and work confirmation o Monitoring junior executive works tracking and verification, guidance. o Manage work allocation and accounts reconciliation and Sample work review. Closely work with Project director and Client Project Manager to resolution operational bottleneck. o Discuss resolution with Client PMO for queries. o Train & Coordinate with Jr.Auditor Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. • Experience: o Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar managerial role in a two to three years. • Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Attributes: o Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. o High level of professionalism and integrity. o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
