Job Title: Assistant Manager Job Location: Andheri Reports to: Manager Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Manager in overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies, and achieving business goals. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: o Project operations management & reporting/trackers, o Process design for addressing junior auditor issues. o Client Data request tracking, collection & closure o Exception and working reporting for operations Data tracking. o One Point contact for Client Project Manager o Work allocation to executive operations and work confirmation o Monitoring junior executive works tracking and verification, guidance. o Manage work allocation and accounts reconciliation and Sample work review. Closely work with Project director and Client Project Manager to resolution operational bottleneck. o Discuss resolution with Client PMO for queries. o Train & Coordinate with Jr.Auditor Qualifications: • Education: o Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field. • Experience: o Proven experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or in a similar managerial role in a two to three years. • Skills: o Strong leadership and team management skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. o Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Attributes: o Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations. o High level of professionalism and integrity. o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
