When I interviewed Pitbull, this was the biggest lesson I learned. Pitbull is known for being one of the most successful musicians of the last few decades and he’s capable of headlining arenas around the world. But at the same time, he is adamant that the key to his success is humbling himself to learn and grow. Whether that’s him interning for a billionaire or taking notes with a Google executive, Pitbull is constantly learning with the same ferociousness of a young intern — even at the height of his career. It’s his ability to act as both the CEO and the intern that ensures his growth. Ask yourself: What is an area in your career that you need to be an intern in? What can you start doing today to start that “internship”?
Continuous learning is key to success. Pitbull's approach of being both the CEO and the intern is a valuable lesson for all. Alex Banayan
Learning is a life long process. If you find you are the most talented person in a room most of the time, you need start searching for new rooms.
Alex Banayan Getting a bit off topic here. The Third Door was the best book I read in 2023. My friend & I cried when we got to the acknowledgements. ❤️
Stop learning. Stop living. Love this Alex!
