One of the hardest challenges having a remote team, from different time zones and working as freelancers is that you have to be there for them all the time. Otherwise they can't move forward, especially when there is a big dependency between tasks. So what you do? 1. Remove dependencies as much as possible. 2. Find someone who can answer questions as soon as possible. #remotework #business

Why do you feel like you need to be there for them all of the time? If you do, you probably have the wrong freelancers or your micromanaging too much.

It's not difficult at all, I just log in / report to the required or business hours of my client or team. Does it mean I often log in at 5am, 3pm, midnight? Yes. No biggie. I'm there for my clients and team.

Exactly in case of big dependency of task it's challenging I think you need to allocate the task on the basis of overlapping time zone
