My head hurts when I meet founders attempting to tackle their entire Go to Market Strategy all at once. It's usually because most founders want to make a massive impact (which is great) Founders see companies like AirBnB / Amazon / Tesla / Canva NOW - and think they need to build everything everywhere all at once. It's almost impossible to do this. It's like going from walking a mile one week, to climbing Mount Everest the next. One of the least known concepts in startup land, is that of the S curve - your starting point with both your first niche customer segment and your first version of your product. This strategy maximizes your chances of thriving in your journey to Product-Market Fit.
