The Ultimate Guide to Using Bubble Washer and Steam Sparger in Green Chilli Paste Processing In green chili paste processing, achieving high standards of cleanliness and efficiency is crucial. A Bubble Washer with a steam sparger is an advanced solution that significantly enhances the process. This equipment, like those offered by Kailas Engineering Systems, effectively removes dirt and contaminants from chilies using a combination of bubbles and steam. The Bubble Washer operates by generating bubbles that agitate the chilies, loosening impurities. When paired with a steam sparger, it adds another layer of cleanliness by applying steam directly to the chilies. This not only sanitizes the surface but also helps in softening any stubborn residues, ensuring a thorough cleaning process. Kailas Engineering Systems’ Bubble Washer with steam sparger is designed to maximize efficiency and maintain high hygiene standards, which is essential for producing high-quality green chili paste. By integrating these systems into your production line, you can achieve consistent results and improve overall productivity. This approach ensures that your green chili paste is both clean and safe, meeting industry standards effectively. Falling film evaporators and forced circulation evaporators are two distinct types of evaporators used in various industries, including the food processing industry like tomato-paste production. Here are the key differences between the two: 1. Flow pattern: The main difference lies in how the liquid is distributed over the heating surfaces. In a falling film evaporator, the liquid forms a thin film that flows down the heating surface due to gravity. On the other hand, a forced circulation evaporator uses pumps to circulate the liquid through the evaporator tubes. 2. Heat transfer: Falling film evaporators rely on natural convection for heat transfer, where the temperature difference between the heating surface and the liquid promotes evaporation. Forced circulation evaporators, on the other hand, utilize enhanced heat transfer by actively circulating the liquid through the evaporator tubes using pumps. This facilitates higher flow rates and faster evaporation. 3. Residence time: Falling film evaporators typically have a shorter residence time for the liquid on the heating surface, as the film flows quickly downwards. This can be advantageous when dealing with heat-sensitive products, as it reduces the exposure to high temperatures. Forced circulation evaporators may have a longer residence time, allowing more efficient evaporation for liquids with higher viscosity or those requiring longer contact time with the heating surface. 4. Efficiency: Forced circulation evaporators often have higher evaporation rates compared to falling film evaporators due to the forced flow of the liquid. They are capable of handling higher volumes of liquid and achieving higher concentrations in a shorter period of time. Falling film evaporators, while not as efficient in terms of evaporation rates, are known for their gentle treatment of the liquid, making them suitable for heat-sensitive products. 5. System complexity: Falling film evaporators are generally simpler in design and operation, requiring minimal mechanical components. They are easier to clean and maintain. On the other hand, forced circulation evaporators involve the use of pumps, valves, and additional equipment for liquid circulation, making them slightly more complex and requiring more maintenance. Ultimately, the choice between falling film evaporators and forced circulation evaporators depends on factors such as product characteristics, desired evaporation rates, energy efficiency, and the specific requirements of the production process. Each type offers its own advantages and considerations, and manufacturers decide which one suits their needs best based on their unique circumstances.
