French pastries without #eggs, c'est fantastique! 🤩 I got the chance to taste the delicious products from ALGAMA Foods at the Coller Start-up Competition 2024 organised by CPT Capital, the Alternative Proteins Association, The Good Food Institute and Accenture 💡 ALGAMA Foods focuses on creating products based on #algae proteins, which are an excellent alternative to #animal #proteins. To replace 100g of eggs, you simply need 20g of algae! 🐣 This is a promising solution to alleviate animal suffering and to reduce the #climate impact of our #FoodSystems, as animal #agriculture emits more carbon emissions than the transport sector.
