Don’t look for an Automation QA. Don’t search for a Functional QA. Don’t hire a Load and Performance tester. Find an experienced QA who is: • Honest • Hardworking • A quick learner • A problem solver Don’t pigeonhole a QA into a specific framework. Whatever your stack is, a good QA will ramp up quickly
Well I believe most companies are not having team training culture or time period to train and develop the team

And honestly don't look for a QA if you think they are least prior. If you are hiring a QA, then first understand their process, describe your product and process and give them free hand to work
Don't call those in the craft "a QA". It doesn't make sense. You're saying, basically: "I'm hiring a Quality Assurance". Huh? A Quality Assurance what?
No one get the opportunity so how to prof my self please give opportunity and see our efforts and efficiency in working
Only person of domain can identify right candidate but most just use cv scan software to short list candidates which already filter out many deserving candidates. I am often surprised by recruiters rejecting cv for missing exact word even when candidate has strong experience on cv. Game over in first step 😀
Hopefully, all recruiters passionate with all these four points 🥲
Worst, they look for a tool specialist not even a QA specialist.

9moIf someone is Experienced and Honest, Hardworking, quick learner and a problem solver as well then, we must expect him to be a very good Automation, Functional and Performance testing engineer :) All these trades will produce an output and we need to evaluate that output.
