To increase productivity during fasting at work, it is important to prioritize and manage energy levels effectively. Start by planning your tasks and setting realistic goals for the day. Break down complex projects into smaller, more manageable tasks. Take advantage of high-energy periods, such as after Suhoor or when you feel most alert, to tackle important and demanding tasks. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water during non-fasting hours and consume nutritious meals during Iftar and Suhoor to maintain energy levels. Take short breaks throughout the day to rest and rejuvenate. Finally, stay focused and minimize distractions to maximize productivity. #fasting #happy
