This campaign is powerful. By flipping the script and asking male athletes the same questions that female athletes are asked, the gender bias becomes impossible to ignore. Working recruiting and HR, I often use the 'flip the script' technique with line managers when biases emerge during hiring process. My rule of thumb is - if you wouldn't ask every single candidate the same question, and you're only directing it toward some candidates, there is an opportunity to reflect on whether the question is biased and therefore inappropriate.
