What can we learn from the Shopify president on how to optimise a Shopify store for conversions? Firebelly Tea is the brand owned by David Segal and Harley Finkelstein. And they have made storytelling and education a key part of their conversion funnel. Using a chat pop up, they’re able to educate customers on the brand story, sustainability mission and product benefits, as well as collecting some valuable consumer data along the way. This is made possible with the genius Alia app from Shaan Arora and Cory Gill 👏🏻 I believe more companies should take a leaf out of Firebelly Tea’s playbook and take the initiative to properly educate their customers. This leads to higher conversion rates and increased retention rates.
