But is it a helpful comparison? Over so many sales organizations that we spend time with, a similar pattern is always there... there are a handful of top producers, sales professionals that consistently outpace the rest of the group. 🏆 Often these professionals require no additional support, aside from the resources and tools they already have. Of course, we know that we all benefit from extra attention and input. So like their less productive teammates, can we help these top producers be MORE productive? The answer... yes, of course. And the most successful starting place we've seen? Compare them to themselves and not to their peers. Discover what they do well and not so well, relative to their own performance, and those are the areas for growth. If we compare them to their peers, the path to further growth will always be shaded. Light it up! 🔦
