I often hear some team members talking about struggles to communicate. Getting the message perfect, how to put slides together, challenges with translation, or just getting nervous about the speech they need to make. As humain beings we are often communicating but sometimes we forget that we already are very good about it but the bar we raise to ourselves in getting this perfect often doesn't help us. This podcast brings very good insights about communication, which is all about connection. https://lnkd.in/e73XT5Dh
