FREE: Open-Source Recruiter Capacity Tool 🧰 There was a recent question in the Amplify Talent Community about the ideal recruiter req load. I shared a template that I open-sourced a few years ago and thought others might benefit from it, so I'm sharing it here as well. A range of factors determine the difficulty of filling a particular role - seniority, scarcity, location, niche, and a laundry list of other criteria. This has to be factored in when determining ideal requisition loads per recruiter. The model below is a simple way to approach this based on a case study OPOWER contributed to HR Open Source back in the day. You assign points based on the difficulty of the role.
