Are you considering Recruitment Process Outsourcing but not sure whether it's right for you? Here are our top 5 tips for things to consider before starting discussions with potential providers: 1. Make sure you have clear objectives of what you're looking to achieve before getting started. 2. Review your current recruitment process and statistics if you have them - key figures like cost per hire would be really beneficial to serve as a benchmark for any incoming RPO provider to improve upon. If you don't have these figures, an RPO provider can help acquire them as part of the initial set-up stage. 3. Identify all of the existing systems you use as part of your recruitment process. A good RPO will be able to integrate with your systems or provide their own cloud-based system that will deliver a seamless process and identify the key metrics to assess performance. 4. Ensure all stakeholders are engaged - make them aware of what you're looking at from a recruitment perspective and why an RPO might be the right solution. 5. Get quotes from at least 3 different RPO providers, but more crucially, identify what you're going to get from them in terms of resources, services, and systems. How are they going to deliver you value for money? Make sure you get real life case studies from them so they can prove what they've done before which is always a good measure to demonstrate they can do it again. #RPO #Recruiting #RecruitmentProcess
