Do you seek out awe and wonder in your life? Or is that something that you feel you don’t need to seek out…that you’ll see it when you see it? I ask because I find that we are often so busy (myself included) that we forget to slow down and experience what’s all around us. Things like… - Magical sunrises - Awe-inspiring sunsets - Birds soaring effortlessly in the sky - Smell of freshly cut grass or of fragrant flowers - Sound of children laughing while playing You don’t need to go anywhere to experience awe, joy and wonder. You just need to slow down and look around you. This morning, the leaves dancing in the wind caught my attention for about five minutes. I watched them dance and imagined they were giggling and smiling. I felt calmer, happier and lighter. That’s what awe and wonder can do for you.
