What is important to you for your ACO to be successful? How can you be sure you are providing the best care for your patients, especially your chronically ill, to get them to the right place, at the right time, preventing medical errors and keeping costs down? Is it data aggregation and the speed it's processed? The ability to have numerous reports integrated into one? The ability to stack rank high utilizers and predict patient costs? One of our biggest events of the year! Two announcements in one day. 😅 Looking forward to catching up with many of my colleagues and continuing to build that strong collaborative bridge between digital health and actual health outcomes within our complex lives and communities. At the end of the day, our tech needs to improve quality of life and give everyone a better shot at reaching their full potential by managing and preventing illness (mental and physical) more effectively. Tech can help us with care personalisation based on someone’s needs, stage and phase of life. It allows for secure data-centralisation, efficient multidisciplinary care and the responsible use of AI to help efficiently (and safely) make the right resourcing decisions and also deliver/support care in novel ways that improve access without diminishing outcomes. At the core of healthcare there is a beautiful intersection between science, technology, evidence, empathy and an overall sense of humanity. If these pillars are upheld and sustainable and scalable commercial models are overlaid, we can uplift the wellbeing of whole populations, one person at a time. Is that possible? Definitely.
