Last week, our leaders Simon Freakley, Rob Hornby, Catherine Sherwin, Narry Singh, and Tim Roberts attended the Times CEO Summit, where AlixPartners was a sponsor. The Summit brought together 150 senior business and political leaders to discuss Britain’s economic uncertainty and key engines for growth, including the impact of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Our executives heard from the likes of Jeremy Hunt, Chancellor of the Exchequer, and contributed to the thought-provoking discussion in breakout roundtables. In our current business environment, the competitive landscape is constantly shifting, and most leaders can’t afford to be complacent. In fact, a new survey from PwC found that 45% of CEOs believe their company won’t be viable in ten years if it stays on its current path. More than ever, CEOs must ask themselves: Is our strategy bold enough?
