We had the privilege to support the Food Science Program at The Ohio State University last week. Our own Ajitesh Yadav – reviewed the Mechanics of Chilling, a presentation focused on a variety of chilling methods for Ready to Eat products. The student feedback was very positive - big shout out to Ajitesh Yadav and Ricardo Santos for representing the expertise we bring to our customers everyday. #Chilling #RTEproducts #OSU #ALKAR
