Inspite of having a Board Role & being the #OwnerFamily he still made sure that he spends min. Few hours every quarter to discuss on every minute details of #KOLs engagement, types of #media covered (that was the time when #DigitalMedia was not that prominent & you had to approach every single Print Media separately ) #regions #covered , the core team were themselves surprised of the #memory power (he would not forget a single point ever discussed— he would 70+ then itself) & his #indepth understanding of each activity discussed & executed , which made the #TherapyBuidling program executed by us the one much before time any #Indian #Pharma co. would invest in such programs, which later created a benchmarkfor Therapy/ Category Building. Bayer | Consumer Health today published it’s Q1, 2024 results and let me start by thanking all our teams for their efforts in navigating a number of headwinds while continuing to focus on customers and consumers across the globe.   Despite divisional sales declining by two percent compared to prior year levels due in part to a very mild cold and flu season this winter and strongly replenished inventory levels by our customers and retailers in Q4, 2023, we were able to achieve growth across several key categories and brands including Bepanthen, Canesten, Iberogast, Rennie and Supradyn.   EBITDA before special items came in at 331 million euros and a margin of 23.1% this quarter. Believing in the strong capabilities of our teams and improved operational efficiencies through Dynamic Shared Ownership #DSO, the strength of our top brands, our continually improving supply situation and the launch of new innovative products for consumers we confirm our outlook of +3% to +6% growth for 2024.
