This is clearly a macro event, and it will be very interesting to see how it plays out between The Netherlands and China, both on the supply chain side as well as the geo-political side. For startups, regulations can be both points of worry as well as points of protection. They can stop a new innovative idea in its tracks, but they can also create a pathway to make sure there are some guardrails in place for an idea to move forward.
