Safety videos...
They carry the airline's identity, people can be attached to them and they also have to attract attention. This is probably one of the most discussed topics in aviation, right?
And now British Airways released their new version. Here is what we think of it - and it is not all positive, sorry!

As I'm getting ready to travel a lot over the next five months, it occurs to me...
...When you fly somewhere, aren't you glad the pilots have a process? And it isn't just the pilots. It's the ground crew. The flight attendants. The baggage claim. TSA. All of it. Sure, it doesn't always work the way it is supposed to, and there can be frustrating delays, and lost luggage. But imagine if there was no process at all?
Your business needs a process too. Winging it isn't a process. Patience in developing and following a structured approach is key to long-term success. Embrace patience and strategy, and watch your brand thrive. 🌟

"Move quickly to the closest usable exit, leaving your hand baggage behind.”
How many times have you given an airline safety announcement your half attention as you juggle other seemingly more pressing matters like locating your earphones or opening the Pringles?
379 people escaped the Japan Airlines inferno yesterday by following the advice of the cabin crew, evacuating in an orderly fashion and, crucially, leaving their belongings behind.
Today I suggest we celebrate the pilots, cabin crew, ground staff and emergency services who enable us to fly frequently with little concern for our personal safety.
Perhaps it's also time we started giving the crew the full attention and respect they deserve during the safety briefing.

To err is human…
Management and leadership are like the pilots in a plane. A good team shows in the performance of the organisation and it’s resilience in a crisis.
We are all incredibly lucky in that we have mistakes that happen and we survive in spite of ourselves.
Pilots are the last line of defence. If a problem passes through many layers of Swiss cheese, we hope the pilot is in good shape to deal with the crisis.
Pilot error can include a wide range of mistakes such as navigational errors, inadequate handling of the aircraft, poor decision-making under stress, failure to comply with procedures, miscommunication, or mismanagement of equipment. Advances in technology, training, and safety protocols continuously aim to reduce these types of errors, but human factors remain a significant challenge in aviation safety.
The proportion of aviation accidents attributed to pilot error varies by report and data set, but historically, pilot error has been cited as a leading cause of both commercial and general aviation accidents. Studies and statistics generally suggest that pilot error contributes to roughly 50-60% of all aviation accidents.
