We are hiring! We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in site overlay and the ability to start immediately, without a notice period. This role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of site overlay projects across multiple geographical locations in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the construction, events, or rentals industry, and be willing to travel extensively. Key Responsibilities: - Leadership and Coordination: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of site overlay projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Team Management: Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. - Project Oversight: Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery. - Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills to manage project documentation and schedules efficiently. - Additional Responsibilities: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements. Qualifications: - A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, events, or rentals industry. - Extensive experience with temporary structures and site overlay installations. - Proven track record of successful project management from inception to completion. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management software. - Excellent communication and client relationship management skills. - Ability to travel and work across various locations in the Middle East.
