I know of not a single person that likes feeling #confused, #intimidated, or #embarassed. RESPONSIBILITY The second way to parent with purpose is to teach responsibility. We all need to learn to take ownership of our mistakes or actions and not place blame on others. Instead of saying “sorry,” say “I’m sorry.” Teach your children to be responsible and take ownership. When we teach responsibility to our children, it leads to their development into mature adults.

Obedience and the Classroom "Obedience is better than sacrifice" remains one of the most quoted texts of the bible. We called to obey at all times and in all situations. What does this mean in the classroom? Many have interpreted this phrase wrongly. They expect the learners to take in every information without asking questions. You know how people say who am I to question God? They too have become gods, seeking to eliminate other voices. Obedience must be understood in the new context. Every learner is a unique personality and a distinct voice. Questions must be asked and clarity given as to why a particular instruction has been given. Obedience must be found within class management strategies which seeks to strengthen the learners and create conducive learning environment and not another way. What do you think?
