I've heard many employers imply rules that say employees are not allowed to do other jobs or business whilst their employment at the organization. Well, the fact is nobody likes to do multiple jobs at a time, if you want employees to work dedicatedly for your company, you should pay them enough to cover their expenses so employees don't have to do multiple jobs, exhaust themselves and reduce their productivity at the job post you have hired them for. #employeerights #lowsalaries #multiplejobs
