I love the idea of online courses. They're great for people looking to fast-track their education in a specific skill, but I often notice a common flaw. They tend to be a template of what you should learn and in a specific order. However, I think education is more of a journey. Courses should teach the basics, and then the rest of the course should be a series of problem-solving scenarios you might encounter. Does this make sense? We can only absorb so much before we need to apply it. We need to learn, do, and then move forward. I feel that many online courses encourage users to binge-learn, which can lead to burnout on the subject. What do you think?

I can't learn online; I prefer physical lectures. This was my normal excuse whenever I was asked why I stopped my online courses. I thought I couldn't learn using online resources because I struggled to stay consistent with it, and most times, I always ended up sleeping while watching tutorials. It wasn't until I realized that if I wanted to take my personal development journey seriously, I needed to make online learning work for me. I can't remember what I did exactly to conquer this problem, but I've got to the point where I now prefer online learning over the physical ones. I don't know if we still have people like this who think they can't learn using online resources, but this post is here to remind you that one of the best and easiest ways to learn is online. You just need to know how to make it work for you! Have you ever struggled to learn online before? #elearning #personaldevelopment #growthmindset

Online courses are great! Putting things you’ve learnt into action is greater. Take a tailor, for instance. They can binge-watch tutorials on YouTube or enroll in online trainings, but without getting their hands dirty, those skills remain dormant. It's the practice that brings theory to life. Learning is essential and valuable, but they're incomplete without hands-on experience. It's like learning to dance with your legs tied together—it just doesn't work. No matter how little the audience you have is, get to work! It's not enough to talk about what you can do, you need to show it. That's the only way you can master your craft. Don’t feel too small or embarrassed Make those mistakes, learn and grow.
