Hi Allen, Thank you so much for the tips. As a NextGen alumni with a PhD and 5+ years of experience in software engineer, and CSA,CAD and CIS-ITSM, 8 micro-certifications, I found it's so hard to get an interview, let alone a developer job. I know the first step out is the most difficult. I do need guidance and direction. Thank you so much!
Your video on getting in to SN calmed down my expectations of getting a job in 6 weeks instead of 6 months. While I have my CSA I haven’t worked in IT, any tips on translating car sales and insurance sales into a successful SN resume and interview?
Excited to watch this! Thank you for creating it and for highlighting other venues for junior or entering individuals into the ecosystem. I am always saddened to see that most of the jobs that are posted usually ask for 3+ years of experience. We have talent waiting for an opportunity, so eager, all they need is a chance. Thank you for tackling this topic.
Allen Andreas, you speak the heart of the newbies, taking all the knowledge that I can gather right now!
Thanks again for your amazing Tips!
Very well said. Willing to coach anyone struggling to land that job as well.
I am waiting for job postings demanding "at least 20 years experience with ServiceNow". ServiceNow went public around 2010. ;)
Thanks for sharing this Allen!

4moThe motivation behind this video is the current state of the ServiceNow job market, definitely, but also...as mentioned in my video, I had previously recommended going the ServiceNow BA route if you're having trouble finding a job as a someone new to the ecosystem. So, this video is a follow-up to that guidance to help bring it all full circle to help you get a ServiceNow Admin or Developer job! If I can help in any way, let me know and thanks for your support!
